Les effets indésirables liés au traitement et la surveillance des patients recevant un traitement biologique ou à base de petites molécules pour une maladie inflammatoire de l’intestin
Résumé
La prise en charge des maladies inflammatoires de l’intestin (MII) a évolué avec l’apparition de nouveaux paradigmes thérapeutiques et l’introduction de nouveaux traitements innovants, notamment les anticorps monoclonaux (AcM) et les petites molécules. Ces traitements innovants ont permis de mieux maîtriser la maladie, mais ils nécessitent une évaluation minutieuse avant de les instaurer et une surveillance continue afin de prendre en charge les effets indésirables potentiels et optimiser les résultats des patients. Cet examen se concentre sur les approches pratiques de la surveillance spécifique des traitements innovants actuellement disponibles.
